Hybrid Material Structure & Composition

TPE combines the rubber-like qualities of an elastomer with the processability of a thermoplastic. This material consists of a soft phase for elastic qualities and a hard phase for thermoplastic processing ease and complete recyclability.

Conventional Processing Techniques

TPE can be formed using conventional plastics processing techniques, predominantly injection moulding, extrusion, and blow moulding.

TRONOMER series are free of Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr+, Sb, As, Ba, Se, halogen and DOP plasticizer.
The materials comply with ROHS, PAHs, and REACH.
Select series meet specific standards, such as UL HB compliance for NA & NB series and FDA compliance for the M Series.
Key physical traits include excellent weather resistance, transparency, softness (Shore A 10-100), and excellent elongation with a minimum of 500%.
The materials offer a wide service temperature from -60°C to 120°C alongside excellent electric properties, high tensile strength, and high tear strength.
